Children and older people should not eat raw meat, because they don't have
as good immune systems as a highly adult. People with stomach problems or
people vulnerable to infection or with compromised immune systems should also
be suspicious of raw beef. Raw beef compared to say raw pork is much safer.
Same goes for chicken. Chicken and pork are very very risky to eat raw, you
could end up getting very sick if you under cook pork or chicken.
In conclusion, raw beef is safe to eat as long as you take precautions first
and inspect the meat for parasitic activity and clean and prepare it properly.
